Yet So Far by State of Illusion

Yet So Far by State of Illusion is an incredible progressive rock/metal song that has incredibly tight unusual rhythms, heavy blasting guitars and booming drums.  The whole album is incredible, too.  Tie this all in with soaring melodic vocals, I just can't get enough of this.  I also learned that they toured with some of my favorite bands in the past, including Staind and Breaking Benjamin.  How are they still an independent band?
